Job Description

The Risk Lead post will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for risk management across the organisation, ensuring compliance with national standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This post will lead on:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements



Developing and implement risk strategy/ framework and update policies



Provide oversight of compliance against strategy/ framework



Produce and present meaningful reports for committees and develop divisional report



Provide expert advice to senior teams, including developing a range of training that is accessible to staff groups involved in risk management



Provide operational management to the Risk Facilitators
