Provide cost/benefit analyses for identified opportunities and present recommendations to Senior Project Managers. Share updates and feedback with CAMs ahead of monthly risk panels; prepare presentations for wider organisational visibility. Produce and maintain a robust Business Continuity Plan. Submit regular risk reports to senior management outlining new, open, and closed risks, as well as financial exposure.
