We are looking for a compassionate and experienced
RNLD
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide specialist care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their wellbeing and development in a safe and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individuals with learning disabilities. Monitor and assess patients' health and wellbeing, maintaining accurate records. Support patients in daily activities, promoting independence and personal development. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse. Full UK driving licence. Strong communication, clinical skills, and ability to work independently
