Here at Britannia Security & Maintenance, we are a well-established Roller shutter door & security company (Running for over 30 years) specializing in the manufacture, service, repair, and installation of roller shutters, security doors, and grilles.

Our teams cover the UK and provide a leading service to our wide long established customer base.

We require a Full-time Roller Shutter General Manager - Sales & Team Scheduling who is keen to help Britannia continue to grow and become a market leader in the security field. Five Years of experience in Roller Shutters / Industrial Doors is required and a clean full UK driving license.

We would be looking for someone who is willing to work closely with the company Directors to manage fitting teams and production from an office-based setting but happy to travel nationwide where required to carry out surveys and customer meetings.

We are looking for a candidate who is keen to be in a customer-facing role helping bring in new business while managing day to day scheduling, jobs etc:

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to:

-Manage teams of engineers and coordinate work nationwide

-Sales experience

-Work independently with strong problem-solving ability

-Worked in the roller shutter security industry for a minimum of 5 years
-Happy to provide ideas and solutions to production and marketing issues
-Technical ability to be able to use emails, business software, excel etc

-work flexible hours

-Have an understanding of a variety of security doors in the industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-60,000.00 per year
