Roof and Gutter Cleaning Operative - Self-Employed

is a long-established and growing company, trusted for over 30 years across London and the South East for specialist

roof and gutter cleaning

on both residential and commercial properties.

We are currently looking to recruit a

motivated and reliable individual

to join our expanding team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, physical outdoor role involving:

Roof moss removal Gutter vacuuming and repairs Minor roofing maintenance
You will be working

on roofs and at height

, so you must be confident with ladders and safety equipment. A company vehicle is provided, and you will be working independently or with a small team.

Key Requirements

Full

UK or EU manual driving licence

held for at least

3 years

Comfortable working at height and in varying weather conditions Willing to travel within

a 2-hour radius of your home base

Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow detailed instructions Strong work ethic and willingness to work 8-12 hour days
No prior experience is needed -- full

paid training

is provided.

Location

You'll be working

in and around

London with coverage across West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, and South London.

What We Offer

Self-employed subcontractor role

Earnings: 900 - 1,500 per week

depending on performance Paid training provided

Company vehicle provided

for travel to jobs Long-term, ongoing work with room for growth Training in roofing and management positions.

Preferred (But Not Essential):

Experience using ladders Previous exterior cleaning or roofing experience Comfortable speaking with customers 1+ year working outdoors or in physical labour
