We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our esteemed hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use. Maintain an organised cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with special requests from guests when necessary to enhance their stay.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
