The Role



As a

Room Lead

, you will:

Take day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of your room. Provide a

high standard of care

and education for all children.

Lead and support your team

, ensuring consistent practice and a positive working environment. Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities following the

EYFS framework

. Work closely with parents and carers, building strong relationships through excellent communication. Maintain accurate records and ensure

safeguarding and health & safety standards

are always met.

What We're Looking For



We'd love to hear from you if you are:

Qualified to Level 3 or above

in Early Years Education. An experienced practitioner with a strong understanding of the

EYFS

and best practice in early childhood development. A

natural leader

who inspires and motivates others. Passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children. Organised, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team.
