Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our nursery team. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of childcare staff, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor staff within the room Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities Maintain records of children's progress and development Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards
