Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent) Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to support, guide, and motivate a team

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations within their allocated room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will work closely with the management team and staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support a team of nursery practitioners within the room Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS guidelines Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers Monitor and track children's progress, supporting their development and learning
