About the Role
Sapphire Rey Childcare Crew are recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted nursery clients for an enthusiastic
Nursery Room Leader
to join their team.This is a great opportunity for someone who's
already working as a Room Leader
or aqualified Level 3 practitioner ready to step up
. You'll lead your own room, support your team and help create a fun, nurturing environment where children can thrive.What You'll Do
Lead the daily running of your room and support your team Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Support children's learning, development and wellbeing Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed
About You
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years / Childcare
Experience in a nursery setting (Room Leader or Senior Practitioner level)
Confident communicator and supportive team player
Passionate about giving children the best start in life
