What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the daily running of the nursery room
Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports secure attachments
Planning and delivering routines and activities based on the EYFS
Providing responsive care that supports each baby's emotional and physical needs
Leading and coaching your room team with warmth and clarity
Building strong partnerships with families
Completing observations, assessments and progress tracking
Supporting babies with additional needs and working with external professionals when required
Ensuring a safe, clean and calm space for children to learn and grow
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
Excellent understanding of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding
Strong communication skills and a kind, reflective approach to leadership
A team player who's ready to grow alongside a brand-new setting
