We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care. This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a nurturing nature, and a passion for early childhood education.

```Responsibilities```

- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the nursery
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children

```Requirements```

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting

- L3 or above in Early childhood and education
- Relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of nursery staff members
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check
