We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Room Leader Level 3

to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in retail sales and customer service. This role involves supervising team members, managing product displays, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The Room Leader Level 3 will also be responsible for training staff on POS systems, conducting product demos, and supporting merchandising efforts. Bilingual skills are preferred to effectively serve diverse customer needs. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced grocery store setting while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to enhance sales performance Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays Ensure compliance with store policies, safety standards, and health regulations Provide training and mentorship to team members on customer service techniques, phone etiquette, and sales strategies Support promotional activities and ensure proper placement of products for maximum visibility Maintain effective communication with staff and management to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in retail or grocery store environments Strong knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred) Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform product demos effectively Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally Basic math skills necessary for retail transactions and inventory counts Ability to lead a team with confidence while maintaining a positive work environment Prior experience in grocery or retail sales is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-71,937.11 per year
