About the Role

As our

Room Leader

, you'll be trusted and supported to truly lead.

You'll:

Create a nurturing, inspiring environment where children thrive Role-model high-quality early years practice every day Lead, support, and motivate your team with confidence and kindness Build strong, positive relationships with families Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the ongoing development of the nursery
Whether you're an experienced Room Leader or a confident Senior Practitioner ready to step up, we'll support your journey.

Who We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or clear readiness to progress A confident, positive leader who brings out the best in others Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and high-quality practice Creative, proactive, and open to new ideas Someone who wants to grow with us -- not just work for us
