We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery

Room Leader

looking for a new opportunity to excel and develop in a new role. As

Room Leader

you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little ones.

Responsibilities:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being

*Be able to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the EYFS

-Have a positive attitude with the ability to create a happy and stimulating learning environment for the children

-Have ability to work successfully as part of a team and on own initiative

Lead, mentor, inspire and support your team.

You will be responsible for ensuring your room is always, clean, safe, warm welcoming and family friendly

strong understanding of EYFS and ability to deliver the EYFS Statutory Framework to a high standard at all times

Ability to communicate effectivley with parents, team members, management and other professionals.

You will be directly responsible for the regular monitoring of child progress and will ensure that the learning records for the children whom they are key person are always up to date so that they are always an accurate reflection of their progress

You will uphold and promote the ethos of the nursery and deliver services in line with the business mission

Skills:

- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Good Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 26,520.00 per year
