Happy Journeys is recruiting for a

Room Leader

at our large, beautiful children's nursery, which opened in August 2019.

We're looking for a Room Leader who:

Has a genuine passion for early childhood education Is an experienced educator with a background in leading a room Thrives in a collaborative team environment Delivers outstanding care and engaging learning experiences Serves as a positive role model for young children at all times Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Has solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Maintains high standards of care and teaching Works effectively as part of a team Can have fun, dance around the room singing nursery rhymes, and get super messy with sensory play Brings energy, creativity, and joy to every day
