Due to our ever growing family, we are recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to lead and manage within our setting.

The successful candidate will be:

Confident in leading and managing a team You will be responsible for the day to day running of the unit, this will include monitoring planning, safeguarding of children, leading the routine. Have an in depth knowledge of safeguarding of children and Early Years Practice. Supporting your team members in the delivery of high quality care and learning. Be responsible for overseeing the settling in process of new families. Assist in reporting concerns of welfare of staff and children to the settings Management Team. To attend training as and when required. To assist your team in progression of learning and identifying areas of development. Maintain high standards of hygiene and care. Be a confident communicator at all levels. Be confident in IT equipment as you will be required to use our various systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,531.50 per year
