Apples and Honey Nursery Nightingale room leader position

This is an outstanding leadership development opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our unique nursery team.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing a team of nursery practitioners in our pre-school classroom. Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children. Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, within the principles and ethos of Apples and Honey Nightingale Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress. Liaising with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership. Supervising and mentoring staff members. Ensuring the nursery meets and maintains high standards of care and education, including Ofsted requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

With Level 3 qualification in early years childcare or equivalent. Has a thorough understanding of the EYFS and its implementation. Has proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting. Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to providing high-quality care. Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
