An exciting NEW opportunity within our Nursery We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team as Room Leader for our Under 2's.
The role of Room Leader will be;
To collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of daily routines and activities.
Lead and manage the daily operations within the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Support and mentor nursery staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork
Maintain accurate records and reports related to children's progress and development
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular communication and updates on their child's progress

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
