The Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

Manage, develop, and motivate a small team; Plan a wide range of educational activities and create engaging learning environments; Showcase your room to prospective parents; Build excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues; Deliver a "learning through play" ethos; Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.

What You Will Bring

NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree, or QTS; Previous Room Leader experience; Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivation, creativity, and a positive outlook; Strong planning and organisational skills; High energy and passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences.
