20,384 per annum

Hours:

6am till 2pm

Contract:

32 hours per week on a set working pattern which includes working alternate weekends.

An enhanced DBS check is a requirement for the role.

Driving Licence required

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE :



This post will involve the day-to-day management of the company staffing rota, ensuring the appropriate levels of staffing is maintained at all times. You will be required to work closely with the Operations Teams, in supporting the needs of these departments.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:



Co-ordinate the rotas, in conjunction with Staffing ensuring compliance with the Working Time Directive. Act as point of contact for all teams for advice on staffing. Work with the training department regarding shift cover. Liaison with all teams to ensure shifts are covered as efficiently as possible. Monitor future rotas and plan ahead in order to cover shifts. Receive and respond effectively to annual leave. Manage systems for reporting sickness and absence and liaise with teams to identify the impact of the absence upon the relevant Department. Carry out a range of complex administrative tasks specific to work area.
