Job Summary

Bateman Hosegood Ltd is a growing business that prides itself on a high standard of professional service with longstanding client relationships, specialising in providing advice on rural land-based schemes, estate management, property maintenance and disposal, valuations and planning matters.

We are seeking an ambitious Rural Surveyor with at least two years of post-qualification experience. We have a loyal and existing client base and are looking for someone to service the existing workload whilst driving the business forward managing the new office and team in South Molton.

We are an extremely flexible employer and therefore we would welcome applications from individuals looking for full or part time employment.

Duties to include but not limited to

Professional Valuations Landlord & Tenant Rural Planning & Development Opportunities Estate Management Compensation Claims, Utilities & Telecoms ELMS, Grants & Subsidies BNG & Natural Capital Opportunities General Professional Advice

Essential Skills

MRICS with a minimum of 2 years professional experience & preferably FAAV Self motivated, proactive & a collaborative team member Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A full valid UK driving licence
