About the team?
Reporting to the Station Manager, and working with your fellow Stations Colleagues, this role is required to deliver a wide range of services to our customers, from being the first and last point of contact in a customer's journey, selling and checking tickets, making sure our customers know where to go, helping them to board and alight services, providing information and help to make the customer experience one to remember.
About the Job
As an S7 at Bodmin Parkway Station you will have a multifunctional role. You will provide staff coverage on the stations you will ensure that customer requirements are met and exceeded, sell tickets via our ticketing system and provide journey information and that station activities including the dispatching of train services and platform management are completed safely and punctually, as well assistance to customers and ensure that the station environment is kept to a high standard.
