The Role:



Safeguarding Adult Boards are statutory bodies that have oversight of safeguarding arrangements for adults in their local authority areas as defined in the Care Act 2014. Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Safeguarding Adults Board (CIoS SAB) fulfils both its challenge and assurance functions and a supportive role in critically appraising and supporting the development of local multi-agency safeguarding practice.


The SAB Administrator role will support the SAB team and wider partnership by undertaking the administrative functions that enable SAB partners to meet their statutory duties and functions.


This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.


This position will be subject to a basic criminal record disclosure check.
