Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting student wellbeing? DN Colleges Group is looking for a dedicated

Safeguarding Administrator

to join our Safeguarding, Counselling and Wellbeing team. This is a key role providing vital administrative support to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students across all campuses.


About the Role


As a Safeguarding Administrator, you'll play a central role in maintaining accurate records, analysing safeguarding data, and supporting the smooth running of the department. You'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders, help coordinate meetings, and ensure safeguarding processes are followed efficiently and confidentially.


Essential Criteria


We're looking for someone who can bring the following to the role:

Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline and GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) Experience in a data-related or administrative role, ideally within education Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding, Counselling and Wellbeing team Maintain accurate and confidential records of safeguarding concerns Analyse data and trends to produce timely reports Respond to queries and signpost appropriately Organise meetings and appointments, ensuring documentation is prepared Support internal and external audits and financial processes Assist with event organisation and departmental communications Contribute to a high-performing, student-focused service
