Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Safety and Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate findings effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager with the development and management of the audit programme Deliver the annual operations audit programme, including SMS elements Execute audits as published in the department audit plan Produce Safety & Compliance monitoring audit reports Ensure compliance with SMS procedures as applicable Provide advice to management and employees regarding regulatory, Company and ISO requirements Attend Safety & Compliance Department meetings Support and assist in the implementation and maintenance of a Company SMS Assist in maintaining the QPulse database and any other database systems appropriate to the position Verify the correct function of Flight Operations, Ground Operations and Crew Training systems and procedures, and implement any changes Attend the monthly SAG when necessary Assist in the investigation of incidents and completion of risk assessments when necessary

Experience

A full working knowledge of aviation regulations in relation to compliance oversight

Qualifications

Lead Auditor Qualified Air Ops/Aircrew/Part 145 & Part CAMO regulatory awareness training Safety Management System formal training and experience Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Minimum 5 years' experience in Aviation
