About the Role
You'll work directly with the business owner in the aviation safety and compliance sector. Is IT literate - confident using Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and writing professional documents
Wants to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
Has perseverance, patience, and the motivation to keep moving forward
Wants to make a positive impact
Experience or qualifications in aviation, compliance, or safety are not essential -
the right mindset is.
In Return, We Offer
One-to-one coaching, mentoring and hands-on training
Exposure to real-world aviation operations
Opportunities to grow in the safety and compliance field
A role with meaning - where your input helps organisations improve and evolve
A varied working environment - no two days are the same
