Exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP.

We are a successful GP Surgery with a proven track record located (BH4 9HJ) close to the beaches in the middle of Bournemouth and Poole with a list size of over 21,000 patients. Our Quality Improvement team constantly strives to innovate and modernise our ways of working using technology in support of our personal list approach.

We are looking to recruit a GP who is keen to develop professionally as a part of our duty team covering 5 to 8 sessions. We have a strong track record in nurturing talent and helping our staff develop their careers based on their own interests.

The candidate will be well supported by members of our wider fantastic multidisciplinary team consisting of advanced health professionals including, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, MSK specialist, Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacy Technicians, dedicated Frailty Team.

Furthermore, we are providing rapid high-level administrative support to remove or delegate a large proportion of the non-clinical workload, allowing more time with patient contact.

We welcome applications from individuals that are newly qualified and looking to develop their career in General Practice as well as GPs with experience.

The successful candidate will receive ongoing mentorship and support from the Partners.

We would be happy to hear ideas from candidates about what areas they would like to develop in and how we could support you in your aspirations. This might include discussions about external training opportunities to help a candidate develop either clinical or non-clinical skills as part of their professional development.

Salary is negotiable and will be proportionate to the level of experience and responsibility. Salary is very competitive compared to the regional average.
