We are looking for two enthusiastic Sales and Customer Support Assistants to join our team under the JobStart Scheme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing communication, organisation, and sales skills in a creative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers to arrange consultations and site visits.

Support preparation of quotes and respond to customer enquiries by phone or email.

Update and manage leads in Google Sheets and company databases.

Learn to present product features and guide customers through the enquiry process.

Assist with social media communication and basic marketing updates.

Support the sales team with follow-up calls and general administration.

Skills and Experience :

Good communication and basic computer skills.

Friendly and professional manner with an interest in sales or customer service.

Willingness to learn new systems and product information.

Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.

Training and Support:

Full training and supervision will be provided. You will learn sales communication, digital organisation, and customer service skills, gaining practical experience useful for future employment in marketing or sales roles.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,450.00-32,601.94 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
