We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties



Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve organisational targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue. Oversee daily sales operations, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners through effective communication and personalised service. Monitor competitors' activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Experience



Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with a focus on supervising teams and managing performance. Demonstrable success in sales management, including developing strategies that deliver measurable results. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette and client interactions. Experience in merchandising, administrative tasks, and organisational planning is preferred. Leadership qualities combined with the ability to inspire confidence within the team. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse markets. Previous experience in retail management or similar sectors will be highly regarded. This role offers an excellent platform for a motivated individual eager to lead a vibrant sales team while contributing significantly to organisational success through strategic planning and effective management. Candidate will need their own transport to get to work. A company car will be provided for monitoring & work duties.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
