What You'll Be Doing



Leading & Motivating

a small sales team to

increase performance & revenue

.

Developing & Executing a Winning Sales Strategy

to boost

new customer acquisition & repeat business

.

Building Strong B2B Relationships

with

bubble tea shops, cafes, and wholesalers

across the UK.

Coaching & Training

team members to

hit and exceed sales targets

.

Optimising Pricing & Promotions

to

drive higher order volumes

.

Analysing Sales Data & Trends

to

identify growth opportunities and remove bottlenecks

.

What We're Looking For



Proven B2B Sales Leader:

3+ years of experience in sales management

, preferably in

FMCG, hospitality, or beverage supply

.

Turnaround Specialist:

Track record of

improving underperforming sales teams & exceeding revenue targets

.

Strategic Thinker & Hands-On Doer:

Can

develop & execute a structured sales plan

while also closing deals.

Customer-Centric:

Strong

relationship-building skills

with bubble tea business owners and distributors.

Tech-Savvy:

Experience with

CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

and sales analytics.

Ambitious & Resilient:

Passionate about

growth, leadership, and making a real impact
