With rapid growth in the UK market, we are building a dynamic sales team to bring clean energy solutions directly to households.
Role Responsibilities
Visit residential areas to introduce Rahvolt's solar and storage solutions
Engage directly with homeowners to understand their energy needs
Conduct on-site assessments (using tools such as drones for roof measurements)
Deliver product presentations and explain cost-saving/green benefits
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing and installation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term trust and referrals
Qualifications
UK citizenship or valid right to work in the UK (mandatory)
Previous sales experience (door-to-door, retail, telecom, utilities, or energy sector preferred)
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and ability to handle objections professionally
Full training will be provided - candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
Driving license is a plus but not essential
