Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Account Administrator to support the daily operations and client account management department. This role bridges the gap between customers, sales, design, and production teams -- ensuring that projects move smoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers as MPOC for internal inquiries and account updates.
Support & prepare in a timely manner -
Quotes,
Raise works orders,
Booking sketches and preproduction approval documents,
Purchase orders,
Project tracking and monitoring,
Creation of RAMS and full site packs,
O&M Manuals,
invoices accurately in a timely manner,
Final production document collation and filing.
Maintain customer records, project files, and schedules using internal CRM software.
Monitor job progress and update PM on project timelines, proofs, and delivery details.
Coordinate internally with design, production, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Review design proofs and relay revisions to appropriate departments
Track and manage inventory or materials related to client projects when needed
Support sales and account managers with administrative and customer service tasks
Qualifications
2-3 years of administrative or account coordination experience (preferably in signage, printing, or a creative production environment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of sign materials, production processes, or graphic file types is a plus.
