About the Role



We are looking for a Sales Account & Business Development Manager to manage key accounts, drive business growth, and support commercial operations. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers while overseeing team performance and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities



Manage key client accounts and maintain positive supplier relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth. Negotiate commercial terms with domestic and international partners. Lead and support teams, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency. Experience in import/export coordination is a strong advantage but not essential.

Candidate Profile



At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or operational management. Experience managing teams, budgets, and commercial operations. Strong negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Arabic and English. Proficient in MS Office and relevant business systems. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
