An opportunity has arisen for a new addition to join our team.
We are a family run business who started over 25 years ago manufacturing pre- stressed concrete wall panels.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a small office/administration/sales team. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in a busy office environment with strong attention to detail skills.
The role includes the following :-
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Assisting with sales
Some accounts inputting using Sage 50
Updating customers with order and delivery details
All departments within the company work closely and you may be required to provide support where needed
General Office duties, answering the telephone, filing, monitoring emails
Essential Skills
Microsoft packages, Excel, Word etc
Strong communication skills
Good Customer service and telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Good organisation
Knowledge of Sage 50
Some accounts knowledge
This is a part-time position, 20 hours 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Friday - starting time can be discussed.
