Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for management review. Utilise Salesforce software to track account activities, manage pipelines, and forecast sales effectively. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience



Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment is essential. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices. Proficiency in using Salesforce software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
