Permanent opportunity for an office-based Sales Admin Assistant in Horsforth, Leeds.
Independent and growing workwear and merchandise business are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis with flexible working hours. Based in Horsforth, this company takes pride in being friendly and hard-working, with 45+ staff and two office dogs.
The role
We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to support our busy team and provide an excellent service to our customers looking for personalised workwear and bespoke merchandise. Within the role, we will be expecting the Sales Admin Assistant to produce quotes, process orders and assist with keeping customers informed on order progress.
You may also be required to support the team with creative product ideation that would fulfil the customers brief, advise customers on best practice and answer questions customers may have on our product range and services.
Sales Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails
Process customer quotes & orders (via our in-house system)
Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records
Full training is provided
Sales Admin Assistant Requirements
:
A good work ethic is essential
Minimum: a good level of education at GCSE or A-Level
Preferably demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar
Preferably experience with sales or admin industry
Proficiency and ability to be comfortable and confident with IT and good PC skills
Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
Great attitude to working within a team
