Cheshire Wellness aims to achieve and deliver an exceptional customer experience. To support our future aspirations, we are expanding our U.K. team. We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Administration Assistant to support our efforts.
We are looking for a candidate skilled in researching and targeting potential prospects. You will have excellent communication abilities to engage identified companies and generate leads by securing initial appointments. You should be a friendly and confident communicator, passionate about engaging with customers, and possess self-drive and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound telephone calls
Generating new leads - using a database search system, along with planning portals and other social platforms.
Contact architects, interior designers, and other professionals to introduce our services via telephone and email.
Collaborating closely with Sales Manager once a lead has been converted into an actual appointment.
Logging new lead contact details on Act database (training will be provided).
General administration duties to support the Sales Department
Skills & Experience:
Communication Skills
Lead Generation & Research -Ability to use online databases, planning portals, and social platforms to identify potential leads.
CRM/Data Entry - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Act! or similar) or willingness to learn.
Attention to detail for accurate data logging.
Administrative Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and support the sales team.
Team Collaboration
Ability to work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members.
Proactive attitude in supporting sales processes.
Initiative & Self-Motivation
Comfortable with outbound calls and initiating contact with professionals.
Ability to work independently when researching and generating leads.
1-2 years in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
