Sales Administration Assistant
Job Description
Glover Bros is a long established small family company, based in Bishops Lydeard, just outside Taunton, supplying materials to the upholstery and soft furnishing trades.
This role processes inbound orders placed by email and by telephone. A pleasant telephone manner is required. A self-starter, proactive and motivated, and who works well in a team. This person needs to be numerate, organised and accurate, with a strong attention to detail and also able to follow procedures. It can get very busy so calmness under pressure is essential.
It is a role for someone with ideally some previous experience of working in a sales office and customer services environment, someone who is willing and quick to learn with a sound knowledge of computer software, systems and networks. They should be a people person, able to interact easily with customers and colleagues. someone who fits into a team.
We would prefer this to be a full-time position, but are open to flexibility in order to find the right person.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
