Sales Administration Manager.
To ensure system and method in all administrative matters relating to the sale and purchase of vehicles.
To maintain clarity and precision in all transactions and to ensure that accurate records are kept and updated daily.
To ensure that all written and verbal contracts are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
To ensure that all clerical tasks within the Sales administration are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
Key Tasks and responsibilities are not fully listed here , but would be explained in an initial face to face interview.
It is unlikely that anyone without good accountancy or book keeping experience would be considered.
Experienced gained working in a similar role for a franchise would be an advantage as well as living within a reasonably area for travelling.
