Sales & Administration Manager



Date Commencing: ASAP

Salary: Commensurate with experience- but expected OTE of 30k+ - There is no upper limit on bonuses

Working hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

The Company and Role



Unique opportunity to join a market leading, fast growing ecommerce business which manufactures products for the designer, architect, property developer and period home end user marketplace.

Based at the head office just outside Ripon close to the A1.

This is a terrific opportunity for someone with strong internal sales and administrative skills to take on a role which is more than just mundane administration and develop a much wider skills set within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities



Collaborating with the Directors to determine the best way to promote and sell the product.

Acting as the key interface with customers for inbound sales and enquiries

Managing accounts effectively to maintain and develop existing Period products business and generating new customers in widespread regional areas.

The development of key accounts through new business development targets to ensure the company reaches its sales growth targets.

Managing the orders received into the production competition process through the creation of works orders.

Organising courier and dispatch of orders once manufacturing has completed the product.

Providing general sales administrative support in the office

Supporting the gathering and inputting of ley sales information into customer databases (CRM system)

Supporting the Digital marketing consultants and working on Direct Marketing (DM) campaigns using DM software

Qualifications / Experience



Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship building skills.

Good math's and English skills educated to a minimum of GCSE level with proficient knowledge of Word & Excel

Computer literate and capable of quickly assimilating new computer systems and becoming apt at using them.

Knowledge of social media applications and websites would be useful.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with pleasant telephone manner.

Excellent team and customer services skills to organize, run and drive a busy environment.
