Being Wales' largest janitorial and catering company, we are always seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team. Due to further expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrative Assistant.
About the Role:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Commercially aware

Computer literate
Key Responsibilities:
Using SAGE software (experience with SAGE is preferred) to send invoices, statements, and update customer data.
Responding to customer queries and processing sales orders via telephone and email.
Performing general office duties such as filing, posting, banking, scanning, and copying.
Greeting and assisting visitors/customers.
Providing support to field-based sales staff and drivers.
Assisting the Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Pay:
The salary is dependent on age and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21,000.00-27,000.00 per year
