SBT are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Engineering & Workplace Supplies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, handling enquiries and helping drive growth from the inside out.
You'll be at the heart of the sales process - Providing quotations, supporting customers, processing internal and online sales queries, and assisting in our marketing processes. Work closely with our team in its entirety to develop your knowledge in the engineering, sales and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries over the phone and by E-Mail
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and order confirmations
Follow up on potential leads,
no cold calling
Process online orders ready for our warehouse team to pick and pack
Maintain social media platforms and create graphics for digital and physical marketing techniques.
What We're Looking For
An open-minded individual who is happy to assist with all aspects of the daily business operations.
Strong communication skills over the phone and by E-Mail.
Familiarity with the use of social media platforms.
Someone who can use computer systems to manage and maintain stock levels and orders.
