We are seeking an individual to assist in a busy office environment.
We are engaged in the manufacture and supply of windows and doors in PVC and Aluminium. Our customer base is within the building and window installation trade.
Duties
Preparing quotations and processing orders through a Data Management System.
Answering the telephone and dealing with in person customer queries in a Trade Centre environment.
Assisting with invoicing and accepting payments.
Qualifications.
Extremely competent using a computer.
Attention to detail and capable of working quickly and efficiently within a busy environment.
Using own initiative.
Previous experience of working in the the window industry or building trade.
Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous.
