Bearingboys Ltd are looking for an organised, motivated individual to join their ever-growing team in Ayr, Scotland. We are an online business and require a new member to assist the existing sales team with day to day running of the business.
To answer incoming calls to the branch on sales and customer service matters
To manage own inbox of incoming customer emails - not limited to sales and customer service matters
To assist with a shared inbox of incoming customer emails - not limited to sales and customer service matters
To raise quotations for customers for both parts online and parts needing to be sourced
To book out orders and send customers proformas where necessary
To process customer payments
To process customer returns and refunds where necessary
To fill out account forms and questionnaires on behalf of the business for customer audits and account applications
To serve and assist customers at the trade counter where necessary
Comply at all times with the letter and spirit of the Company's Health, Safety & Environmental Policy, Quality Policy Equality & Diversity Policy and Code on Business Conduct and Behaviour;
To carry out such other duties as are reasonably requested by the jobholder's line manager from time to time.
Candidate requirements;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident with Microsoft programmes; such as outlook and excel
Full UK driving license
What Bearingboys Ltd can offer you;
Salary range 25,500 - 28,500 per annum (depending on experience)
