We are looking for a reliable and organised Sales & Stores Assistant to support our branch operations. The role involves customer service, sales administration, order processing, and hands-on stores duties, ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and customer emails
Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders
Liaise with purchasing to source parts and fulfil orders
Receive, check, and book in goods
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
Carry out stock checks and assist with stock control
Process customer payments, returns, and refunds
Chase quotations and resolve invoice queries
Support credit control by chasing overdue invoices
Keep the branch, stores, and work areas clean and tidy
What We're Looking For
Good communication and customer service skills
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with orders, invoices, and payments
Willing to be hands-on with stores and warehouse tasks
Able to work well as part of a team
Admin Experience preferred
