We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating new business for the company and support our engineers by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Responsibilities
Manage and update customer information using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Professional Outbound B2B telesales calls to generate new leads & opportunities
Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing orders, quotations, and work schedules
Coordinate communication between sales teams and clients to facilitate timely responses and follow-ups
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries promptly and professionally
Support the implementation of IT systems related to sales operations
Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of administrative duties
Experience
Proven sales experience, preferably within a B2B customer service environment
Motivated to generate new sales opportunities
Experience with CRM software is desirable
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
Familiarity with IT systems related to sales administration and customer relationship management
Organisational skills that ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
