Overview of the Sales Administrator



Sales administrator to join a long-established company based in Barnsley. Experience within Microsoft office tools Excel, Word and Outlook and have great telephone mannerisms and communications skills dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis. The role will be a progressive role where ongoing training will take place to further your expertise and assist within the sales department.

Key responsibilities:



? General Admin

? Raising QRM's (Quotation Request Maintenance)

? Raising Quotes.

? Raising Sales Orders.

? Order Acknowledgments.

? Delivery Forecast's.

? Admin HR duties.

? Filing.

? Liaising with customers.

? Assisting in prompt and concise communication with colleagues to deal with customer complaints.

? Working closely with the sales department to assist in any work load they may require

Key requirements of the Sales Administrator



Excel

Word

Outlook

HR duties

Telephone communication skills

Desirable requirements of the Sales Administrator but not essential



3 years' experience working in a similar field

Factory Master system

Hours Mon-Thur 8.00am - 5pm



Fri 8.00am - 1.00pm
