Sales administrator to join a long-established company based in Barnsley. Experience within Microsoft office tools Excel, Word and Outlook and have great telephone mannerisms and communications skills dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis. The role will be a progressive role where ongoing training will take place to further your expertise and assist within the sales department.
Key responsibilities:
? General Admin
? Raising QRM's (Quotation Request Maintenance)
? Raising Quotes.
? Raising Sales Orders.
? Order Acknowledgments.
? Delivery Forecast's.
? Admin HR duties.
? Filing.
? Liaising with customers.
? Assisting in prompt and concise communication with colleagues to deal with customer complaints.
? Working closely with the sales department to assist in any work load they may require
