Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities and a solid understanding of sales administration processes. Knowledge of processing export orders would also be very helpful .

Key Responsibilities

Entering sales orders and managing deliveries to key retailers, ensuring requested delivery dates are met. Ensuring customers packing requirements are met. Coordinating with warehouses to arrange the picking of stock and ensuring correct pallet and carton loading calculations. Liaising with the shipping department to ensure efficient dispatch. Checking stock availability and managing the department's order book.

Experience

Essential:

Familiarity with administrative processes within a sales environment. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Desirable:

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience of Microsoft NAV or equivalent. Experience of processing export orders
