We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Acquire thorough product knowledge to offer solutions / advice to customers
Manage logistics: stock taking, replenishing stock and forecasting stock levels
Receive and dispatch stock from warehouse
Manage product returns and repairs
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate order fulfilment and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
Support the sales team with research on potential clients and market trends.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Audio Visual knowledge desirable
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
